The client needed a user-friendly website that would allow customers to easily access and understand their offerings. They wanted to incorporate features that would streamline the process of providing sustainable packaging solutions, enhancing both the user experience and operational efficiency.

For the client, we introduced features such as order acceptance and rejection, invoice management, order tracking, and quotation generation, which allowed them to manage customer requests and streamline their operations.
For the users, we incorporated features such as online inquiries, the ability to request quotations, place orders, track shipments, and customize packaging preferences. We also implemented a login system, allowing customers to log in, manage their accounts, and request quotes for their orders.
One of the most impactful features we integrated was the Inventory Management System. This system allows clients to notify customers about product availability and inventory levels, enabling customers to request delivery or pick-up at a convenient time and place.
